Domestic House and Content covers are available as standard Defined Event insurance as well as the more popular premier Accidental Damage cover which gives broader cover Australia wide for those items covered away from the home together with broader cover for damage to Building and Contents at the insured situation address.

Rental Properties managed via a Property Manager generally are available at discounted rate.

Holiday Homes can only be insured with the same Insurer when we hold insurance cover on the client’s own home or they are both arranged at the same time.

Strata Insurance covers all the properties on the one policy in the name of the Strata Corporation not in your name. Individual Strata properties cannot be insured in isolation. For Strata  investment property the fiittings and fixtures not owned by the Strata Corporation (carpets, light fittings, wallpaper etc)  are insured separately on a Strata  Contents policy together with Public Liability covering the “owner” for any claim in respect of negligence

Community Titled properties are best insured on the one common policy but may be taken out individually if so desired by you. Please ask us for a more detailed explanation re multiple excesses and possible delays in the event one community member is uninsured or cannot rebuild after a claim
